• Cleanliness: 5 Our bedroom smelt terrible. There was a damp, musty smell that almost ruined our stay. We had to leave wondows open ALL THE TIME

• Common facilities and services: 5 We needed an Iron and an ironing board and there was none available to us. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
• Staff: 2.5 The staff did not have good english. My boyfriend thought for an international hotel that this would be expected. We needed an Iron and we could not explain this. There was none available to us.
