• Staff: 10 WONDERFUL staff at front desk. VERY helpful and friendly! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
• Quietness: 10 I read some reviews indicating that the hotel's proximity to La Rambla might cause some noise, but we didn't experience this at all. Our room was very quiet.

• Positive: The decoration to the reception area.
• Negative: The cleaning lady decided to attempt to keep the camera of ours, which we left in the first room - accidently. This caused us to miss on the opportunity to capture memories of our holiday. The manager also assured us that it was our fault and we had left it somewhere else, even though it had not been taken out of the hotel. Good hotel, very unfortunate experiences there.

• Quietness: Not rated Extremely loud drilling work being undertaken outside of the room, every day of our stay, shaking the walls and waking us up extremely prematurely. This was not advertised. Very disappointing.
