"Estimado cliente: En primer lugar darle las gracias por el tiempo que nos ha dedicado en evaluar su estancia en Hotel Suite Villa María, así como por ofrecernos buenas puntuaciones en gran parte de nuestros servicios. Estamos orgullosos de que el servicio de limpieza y el personal han cumplido plenamente sus expectativas. No obstante, observamos que no está muy conforme con la localización del hotel. Por ello, en primer lugar, lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas en este sentido, y en segundo lugar, si decide darnos una nueva oportunidad, le invitamos a que haga uso de nuestro servicio de autobús diario o incluso el "Rent a Car" que puede contratar directamente con nosotros. Muchos de nuestros clientes optan por alquilar su propio vehículo y así poder disfrutar de una forma más cómoda de todos los rincones que nos brinda esta maravillosa isla. Nos sentimos tremendamente agradecidos por la altísima puntuación que nos ha otorgado y nos alegra que en términos generales su estancia con nosotros haya sido agradable. Aún así, le aseguramos que hemos tomado buena nota de su queja con respecto a las hormigas dentro de la villa. Somos conscientes de que en esta época del año y con las altas temperaturas, en ocasiones, algunas villas se ven afectadas de este modo y trataremos en lo sucesivo de paliar estas situaciones todo lo posible para que tanto usted como otros clientes no tengan que volver a verse afectados por ellas. "Estimado cliente: Muchísimas gracias por el tiempo dedicado a evaluar su estancia con nosotros en Hotel Suite Villa María. Nos alegra que haya disfrutado de la tranquilidad de nuestro complejo y que nuestros servicios y personal le hayan parecido eficientes y amables. Hemos tomado buena nota de su sugerencia en torno a la música en vivo y a la hora de cierre del Bar Plaza. No podemos saber en este momento cuál fue la fecha de su estancia, ya que el comentario en nuestro sistema es anónimo por motivos de calidad, pero imaginamos que tuvo que ser antes de verano, ya que en estos momentos contamos con actuaciones en directo todos los fines de semana. Eso sí, en nuestra Terraza de Verano que hemos abierto en la segunda planta al aire libre durante la época estival. Le animamos a venir a disfrutarla cuando lo desee ya que estará abierta todo el verano tanto para clientes como para quien quiera acceder a ella para pasar una agradable velada. Furthermore, we have to apologize if you felt disappointed for our breakfast service. We are really upset to know that you and your family could not enjoy of fresh cooked eggs in our restaurant, since our Cooking Staff is always ready and happy to prepare any dish that our guests request (even if they were not included in the menus) during breakfast service, as well as during lunch at the Pool Bar, and during the dinners. We cannot know now if there was any misunderstanding in this sense with our waiters, or if you felt any shy to ask them about it, but we have to encourage you that in your next visit, please, do not hesitate in asking for your eggs cooked in the way you and your family prefer, and we can guarantee that our chef will do his best to fit your expectations.
