• Positive: That's a hard question since we liked so much about it. The staff was amazing - the people at the desk, the bartender, the people out front. My husband keeps raving about how great the bed was for his back. The best pillows on our trip (and we stayed at nice places). The décor in the lobby and breakfast room, and in the rooms.
