• Positive: Rooms well equipped good quality fittings comfortable bed nice rooftop terrace staff very friendly and hard working
• Negative: We had to go to reception on several occasions because of noise scraping chairs and tables being moved around in the restaurant after midnight which disturbed our sleep we were above the restaurant room block 2 1b the problem was unresolved and did spoil 3 days of the stay

• Cleanliness: 10 Everything was kept very clean except for during dust storms when it is impossible
• Location: 10 Short walk to sea front and music square resort quite flat good for people with walking difficulties
• Common facilities and services: 5 Bar could have later opening for people who like to have a drink later on at night better toaster at breakfast
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and hard working
• Quietness: Not rated Road noise was not problem for us but the scrapping noise from moving things it the restaurant was bad do not get a room over the restaurant block B 1G
• Room: 10 Modern quality products good shower
• Value for money: 7.5 I would have gave it 5 but for the noise the apartment could not be changed due to the dust storm and being fully booked so our problem spoiled 3 days of our stay
