• Common facilities and services: 10 Laundry facilities good and breakfast on rooftop very good
• Staff: 10 All very helpful and pleasant
• Quietness: 7.5 Room walls are a bit thin so can hear voices etc. we were staying under the yoga area and it was bit noisy early morning
• Room: 10 Stayed in junior L suite perfect size for 2. Kitchen facilities very good. Great shower best so far. Bed very comfortable. Balcony bit small.
• Value for money: 10 Excellent value. Will definitely return

• Positive: Well furnished apartment, clean and fairly soundproof (in comparison to other places we've stayed at in Corralejo). Comfortable mattress! Very friendly and cooperative staff (printed out our boarding passes), nice breakfast on the rooftop.
• Negative: The only exception to all these nice aspects of our stay was our last night when we were kept awake by two drunken idiots who kept screaming and shouting almost all night, in spite of the efforts of the nighttime security (I would have called the Guardia Civil). We had to get up at 6 am to catch our bus, so we had virtually no sleep that night. Eventually we threatened them with the police and that quietened them down, but I would have expected the hotel to have dealt better with the situation. These incidents must happen now and again, so I guess it would be a good idea to be ready.
