• Positive: hotel structure and furnishings, closeness from thr center, courtesy and kindness of the staff.
• Negative: 1. Wifi doesn't work well in the rooms but it's fine in common areas. If there are 3 people in the same room, just one of them can log in. 2. breakfast poorly assorted 3. room service and towel change just once in a week 4. hot water becomes cold after 10 minutes you have a shower 5. the key that opens the door available after 11pm (because the central one closes at 11pm) doesn't work correctly. it causes extreme discomfort for who, for example, wants to be back late at night and can't open the door. Unfortunately I found this discomfort in person. It would be just sufficient to change the locking cylinder of the door, to do not embarrass peolple. 6. the rooftop is nice and comfortable,if it weren't for the fact that when it's rain there's not a tent that protects tables and chairs. So you are forced to go downstairs with your platter risking to slip your breakfast on the floor or slipping it on your clothes, (it happened). i suggest to fit a tent near the tables to make people safe. 7. Found a lot of bugs in the room
