• Personnel: 2,5 Some of the staff are lovely, others just don't care about the guests
• Tranquillité: 5 Disco outside your apartment (ie next to the pool) on Fridays is a bad idea, this hotel used to appeal to young families now the new management have lost their way and their loyal customers!
• Chambre: 5 Rooms look a little dated now, leaking ceiling from upstairs apartment, intermittent aircon mean this place needs more money spent on improving these to get it back to 4 or 5 star standard.
• Relation qualité-prix: 2,5 For me the staff can make or break a hotel, new management have obviously changed the attitude of the staff with their petty silly rule enforcement.

• Situation: 5 Great for getting to locations via taxi but couldn't just walk outside hotel and visit shops or bars.

• Chambre: 10 Nice spa joys rooms with a massive bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Great size terrace over pool plus a gigantic roof terrace (room507)

• Positif: High quality of service and overall quality of the development. One of the best vacation developments that we have visited anywhere for the price.
• Négatif: Inconsistency re policy of forced removal of towels from sunbeds by attendant if left for a period (say while at breakfast or lunch). Whilst the over enthusiasm of one individual to apply this relentlessly was annoying (ie to come back from lunch to find your towels and personal affects piled up in a corner and your beds occupied by someone else), the problem could be easily solved by the addition of several more sunbeds and, in particular, more sun shades . In temperatures of up to 45 degrees, young children in particular should not have to be exposed around the pool area without protection. On busy days, the shortfall of available beds / sun shades is around 10% of the requirement. This shouldn't become a problem for the visitor to have to worry about every day.
