• Positive: The location was at the center of everything we wanted to see. A very modern room with a large TV. Very helpful people at the front desk and what I liked most was a very reasonable price considering the location and how nice the room is.
• Negative: Our room was on the Plaza Sol and we really liked it but found out that the plaza is busy all night long and I was woken up by noise after 3 AM.

• Value for money: 10 We stayed in 6 hotels in Spain and Italy and this was the best room and was the cheapest price. After I booked I found out the Hotel is recommended by Rick Steves and I can understand why.

• Positive: A toss up between the staff and my room's view of Puerta del Sol. The hotel is WONDERFUL! Be sure to have at least one evening eating at their outside terrace cafe...a great place to people watch! The staff is friendly, helpful, courteous, and English speaking.
