• Negative: I personally did not like the location!! Too busy for me its like being in a hotel right in the middle of timesquare in New york!! Lot of pick pocketters and homeless people around there. I would have preferred to stay in Castellana by serrano st. The hotel was accomodating but it was cramped! I have to say the bathrooms were great! newly remodeled and very clean.
