• Cleanliness: 10 Spotless. Housekeeping staff were very evident all day long, working very hard on every room.
• Location: 10 You cannot get a better location than this. Close to shopping, metro, theater, dining. This is the very best location in Madrid.

• Staff: 10 I never interacted with any staff that were not smiling and pleasant and eager to help.
• Quietness: 5 Look, it is on the Plaza del Sol...you cannot expect silence here. One has to understand that. I actually very much liked some of the street sounds that came into the room - like the mariachi band one day.
• Room: 7.5 Very good space, especially for the price.
• Value for money: 10 I have no complaints at all and plan to stay here again on my next visit.
