• Location: 10 La posizione è ottima: 10 minuti a piedi dalla Rambla e dalla Cattedrale
• Common facilities and services: 5 Avevamo la colazione compresa nel prezzo all'Hotel Santa Marta. Latte, caffè, thè, marmellate, pane, cornetti e spremute di frutta...davvero niente male!
• Staff: 7.5 Staff gentile e molto disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Quando siamo arrivati il radiatore della nostra camera faceva rumore e si sentiva l'acqua scorrere ininterrottamente. Abbiamo chiamato la signora della reception e poco dopo è arrivato un signore per la manutenzione e ha risolto tutto.
• Quietness: 5 Avevamo la camera vicina alla reception e fino a mezzanotte si sentiva il campanello suonare e le voci delle persone che rientravano. Ma dopo mezzanotte il silenzio era assoluto.
• Room: 5 Camere molto piccole. La vista della nostra camera non era ottimale, si affacciava su un pozzo di luce, ma per noi che giravamo tutto il giorno nella città, non ci importava molto avere una camera spettacolare, serviva solo per dormirci!
• Value for money: 7.5 Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

• Positive: Nos alojaron en el Hotel Santa Marta que está a 20 mts porque el Lyon estaba de reformas, ha sido todo correcto la habitación, el baño, la limpieza, sin problemas.
• Negative: El desayuno muy básico, pan, mantequilla y mermelada, cafe, te y chocolate. Alguna que otra fruta y una madalena o croisant.
