• Negative: They don't have anybody to help you with your luggage you have to request all time check in and check out . When I arrived at the Hotel I upgrade the room for a suite and most expensive room. I spend in 2 days in this hotel more than 1200,00 Eur . The date of check out they charge me more 25,00Eur because the check out was made at 12:52min. In my all life I never see nothing like that for sure the manager of the hotel doesn't know the behavior of this team . I request the e.mail from the administration they give me the e.mail from the reception . I request the official book of the hotel to write my complains....again they don't have it. Hotel Montecarlo was my worst experience.....I travel every weeks .

• Location: 10 On La Rambla - easy walk to many places, easy access to hop on hop off buses, easy access to taxis
• Common facilities and services: 5 would be nice if there were a restaurant or bar in hotel, but with so many so close by it wasn't an issue
• Staff: 10 friendly and helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room had a balcony overlooking La Ramble, but the double patio doors really keep the noise out.
• Room: 10 HUGE - bathroom bigger than the last hotel room we stayed when in NY
