• Positive: Customer service was excellent! They went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. I happened to leave some pants in the room with over $100 in the pocket. He found the pants, called me to tell me they had them, and about the money - a very honest and customer oriented thing to do. Then the made arrangements to send the pants to me at my home in Florida in the US. We exchanged many emails about this and they were both gracious and service oriented. I often come to Barcelona on business and have stayed at many hotels. From now on, I will try to stay at the Monte Carlo, due to this great service. The breakfast was terrific, as well. Good food and good atmosphere. The room (103) was amazing and very relaxing. Thank you!
