• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: Good location, within walking distance to many historic sites, restaurants, etc. Near metro and buses. There is even a super market across the street. Very clean and quite room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, they helped us with directions to sites and restaurants. Staff at the front desk spoke English which was very helpful. Computer in lobby we could use to check Internet and email. We will stay there again on our next visit.
• Negative: The only problem we had is that their wireless didn’t work very well with our notebook at times. The signal was a bit weak (we were on the 4th floor). This could partly be caused by my laptop (I’ve had this problem before at other hotels). It did work if I took it to the large sitting room on 1st floor. But because they did have a computer in the lobby we able to get all our Internet needs taken care of.

• Positive: The location was great and the staff were very polite, helpful and speak good English. We stayed in the superior room and the bed was very comfy which can be adjusted for leaning on or for raising our feet after a tired day. On top of it, the bathroom has a jacuzzi for a great soak in. Also the first hotel in our stay in Spain which has a cd player!
• Negative: no coffee maker
