• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean and nice. Always had clean towels even though we didn't ask for them to be changed.
• Location: 10 In the back street of Las Ramblas but very well situated. Great walking distance to the Ramblas, metro stop, Plaza Cataluña. Close but far enough from crowds and noise.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Didn't eat at the hotel since there were so many restaurants to choose from in the area. We did use the Internet and it worked just fine.
• Staff: 10 The entire staff was always friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 Great location, away from crowds and noise but close to the action.
• Room: 10 One of the most comfortable rooms and bathroom in our entire trip to Europe.
• Value for money: 10 Totally worth every cent.
