• Positive: The service was extraordinary! I arrived hours before check in but my luggage was carried in with a welcome, cheerfully stored and waiting in my room later that afternoon. I was offered maps of the area, a computer to print my boarding pass which allowed me to quickly proceed to my main goal of enjoying Barcelona. When we returned later that afternoon I was escorted to my room where amenities were explained and what a great room! Quiet contemporary luxury. Upon hearing of our early flight the next morning a taxi and wake up call were offered and without the slightest effort our check out was facilitated. I have never had a hotel make my stay so easy and relaxing which is exactly what we needed as first time visitors. Thank you!

• Positive: Hospitality of staff. Beautiful hotel with parlor overlooking Las Ramblas and solarium being big perks. Private feeling.
• Negative: Towels & shower curtain. The shower curtain is too flimsy and "attacks" you when you are in the shower. Our friends in the next room had the same experience.

• Negative: Shower curtain (too thin and clung to you the whole shower), towels were also too thin and we were not given enough. The hotel is nice, but these two small items cheapened the experience.
