• Staff: 10 very friendly. helpful and informative.
• Quietness: 10 very well sound-proofed from inside - no noise. room was situated at the side/back so no noise from the busy pedestrianized area
• Room: 10 3 seperate areas. great sized room. good sized bathroom - just right! slippers, dressing gown, shoe care, and adjustable beds
• Value for money: 7.5 location perfect

• Positive: I loved that the guys in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. They also spoke many languages fluently and that was very helpful
• Negative: I didn't really dislike anything... the only thing I think could change is the front entrance. We had to carry our bags up a few stairs before we realized there was a lift.
