• Positive: The best thing about this hotel for us, was the beds. they are able to be adjusted on an incline electrically, simply fabulous! The courteous desk staff at reception area are warm and welcoming. Always quick to assist and enjoyed a quick chat. The breakbeat was very good as well, plenty of choice of meats and a variety of croissants and such like for the sweet tooths among us.
• Negative: The upgrade to a suite offering a spa bath and a very fancy shower with multi nozzles and such like that didn't really work properly. No point in offering such luxuries if they don't work and/or are difficult to operate without instruction. Also room 101 whilst having double glazed windows, had a regular noise emanating from where I believed to be somewhere underground, which sounded to me like an underground railway system????

• Positive: The view and proximity of Larambla, The sound proof doors, the bathrooms.
• Negative: Most of the hotel where excellent except for the man who checked us in early after we arrived, jet lagued, he was unpleasant and Ielt he wwas tring to upgrade us in a shifty way. made me not want to trust him. also beds are not comfortable and 2 singles pushed together is not ideal for a coupel.
